Renee is a living super woman. Where her never ending drive comes from is a mystery, but man do we want some of that!

 Renee is a local business woman here in Oakura, owner of R & Co Skin and Beauty, a devine little self treat salon here in our beautiful village. Renee has recently rebranded her salon and done a bit of a revamp, she has four amazing specialist staff and an on-site nurse who visits once a month for alternative treatments.

 From her salon she provides everything from massage and nails, through to high end treatments like dermapen4, LED light treatments and botox. Renees passion for skin health is second to none and this is evident in every decision she makes. She stocks beautiful at home products like OCosmedics, Janesce Skincare and Jane Iredale makeup, plus a new line of signature scented candles.

 Having struggled with her own skin issues, she knows first hand how important it is to feel good within your own skin, which is what drove her into this industry and continues to fuel her passion for skin health.

 The reason we have featured Renee on our journal is because she is such an inspirational local business woman. We do not stock her products, but we love her ethos around business and customer experience, and her never ending passion for making every client her biggest priority. Renee is well known for helping to support other local businesses and this is an exceptional trait to have in a small place.

 Renee has recently had her home kitchen fronts replaced by Nick Dunne using our custom joinery and has also had her salon rooms revamped with stunning new vanities, also hand crafted by Nick Dunne.

 As if running a small business isn’t enough, she also has a superstar husband and three beautiful young children, and in her spare time runs marathons... I mean where did this woman come from?!
